Optima Energy Consulting is a sub-contractor of Fichtner Management Consulting for the Regulatory Support for Renewable Energy Regulatory Framework and Grid Integration project. The project beneficiary is the Energy Regulatory Office of Kosovo.
Optima Energy Consulting will assist Fichtner Management Consulting to conduct interviews with RES developers, central and local institutions, network system developers and financial institutions for identification of the institutional and procedural barriers faced during the development of RES projects in Kosovo.
