Optima Energy Consulting LLC and JWEleconsult Inc have recently been contracted by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) to assist the implementation of the Electricity Tariff Consultancy to the Energy Regulatory Office of Kosovo under the framework of ETR7 project financed by USAID.
The principal objective of the consultancy is to provide technical assistance and support to ERO Tariff Department in finalizing all issues pertaining to ETR7, to provide independent review of licensees’ tariffs applications, support modeling calculations of MAR and other energy system peculiarities.
Specifically, Optima Energy Consulting will assist with strengthening of the existing MAR models, review and evaluate the DSO and the OSTT’s DUOS and TUOS/SO/MO calculations, review and evaluate the retail tariff calculations and address the Pricing Rules of ERO.
