Optima EC acted as a legal counsel in connection to Millennium Challenge Corporation’s work in Kosovo. Optima EC is the contractor of US-based law firm – Hunton & Williams which is an agent of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) for Kosovo and has contracted Optima EC to provide legal services for MCC Kosovo needs. The expressed readiness by Optima EC and the submitted offer emphasized that it has available expertise and depending on the client requests can respond promptly. Due to the presence in Prishtina, there was no need for logistical mobilization. The work is performed from the Optima EC offices and there was no specific financial requirement.
Optima EC provides services as requested by the Client. Such services include but are not limited and relate to the legal form of establishment of the MCC in Kosovo, resolution of legal issues, performing legal due diligence, risk assessment of projects, review of agreements, etc.
